Description
ENEA is coordinator of the project, funded by the European Commission under the EU CBNR Risk Mitigation-Centre of Excellence initiative and aimed at increasing awareness raising on dual-use concerns of chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological materials and plants. The project fosters the creation of a stronger national CBRN legislation and national coordination, and the development of a sustainable national strategy to tackle CBRN hazards.
ENEA Activities:
- State-of-the-art study of the sector know-how in each country and identification of target subjects;
- Working out educational material for regional and national training seminars;
- Organizing seminars to raise awareness on CBRN hazards and possible mitigation actions to undertake at the national level and with the international support
