Description
Funded under the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme, the project provides for the creation of 4 regional hubs, located in Brindisi (Puglia), Agnone (Molise), Tirana (Albania), Podgorica (Montenegro), where a common energy and instrument audit approach for the Mediterranean region will be adopted, capacity building actions implemented and educational and training material for energy efficiency audits collected.
ENEA Activities:
- Identification of technical sustainable building and nearly zero emissions building solutions for the energy upgrading of hubs
- Energy Audit of the 4 Hubs before and after their energy upgrading, even by using specific instruments
- Training seminars in the four regions aimed at capacity building on sustainable building technologies and energy efficiency
- Involvement of national businesses in technology transfer activities
