Description
The Tender is part of the EUROPEAID programme (EuropeAid/138560/DH/SER/DZ), supporting the renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors. ENEA participates in the project in partnership with IBF International Consulting (Belgium) –the project’s coordinator –, CRES Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (Greece), and the consulting and planning company ALLPLAN GMBH (Austria). The project is aimed at developing expertise on sustainable energy in Algeria’s Ministries and governmental agencies in charge of the relevant issues.
ENEA Activities:
- Making of proposals and recommendations;
- Installing of existing software and carrying out works by means of new software;
- Definition of the technical properties of materials and systems to purchase on other markets and support to the preparation and contracting phases of such markets;
- Data research, acquisition and analysis;
- Technical support;
- Training.
